Transform the abundant data collected via Taco Bell registers & security cameras into actionable insights for store managers.
COACH is an operational intelligence tool in the form of a back of house management app for quick-serve restaurants (mostly Taco Bell ) that interprets a bunch of data from the POS that formerly fed into a tedious report-generating system—who’s working, food quantities left, etc.—and spits out more useful stats like which employees are least efficient working together or who’s using too much cheese, with deeper information drill-downs available.
The app is set up in a modular system so that managers can customize the dashboards depending on what’s most important to each location, restaurant, or franchise.
COACH is used at Taco Bell and other franchise restaurants around the US, resulting in measurably increased efficiency & revenue.
Testimonials from franchise managers:
"We've started to see a positive culture shift at our stores."
"Determining if a situation is theft or a training issue is a lot easier now."
"Before, it took me 45 minutes to review a suspicious transaction. Now, it’s just a matter of seconds."
Taco Bell is delicious.
Data is fun.
